Smooth Soft Elastic

Smooth is a ‘solid’ elastic that combines the best features of full and hollow elastics. The soft and forgiving stretch immediately compares to a hollow elastic but with a reduced diameter. Smooth can be effortlessly tied to any type of bung, stopper or connector. Moreover, Smooth retains its breaking strength! The wear resistance of Smooth is very high, making it suitable for intensive use in both regular and puller kit set ups.

Hollow Elastic

This high-quality and wear-resistant Elastic has a hollow core, resulting in a much higher stretch factor compared to conventional Elastics. The outer sheath is also flexible and highly visible, meaning the swimming direction of a hooked fish is visible and allows you to recognize the diameter quickly. The Elastic is perfect for use in a puller kit and thanks to the additional liquid silicone, long life is guaranteed. Cresta hollow Elastics are 5 meters long, which is often enough for two kits.

Solid Elastic

This wear-resistant, coloured latex is ideal for competition and recreational fishermen. Thanks to the highly recognizable colours, the Elastic is simple to follow when angling. The Elastic is not delivered on a winder meaning there is no strain on the elasticity, which guarantees long-lasting quality. The added liquid silicone ensures smooth flow through the top section. Cresta Solid Elastics are supplied in 6-meter lengths, sufficient for elasticating 2 to 3 top sections.

Smooth Puller Slot

The Smooth Pullerslot is equipped with a PTFE wheel which allows the elastic to be pulled from the pole in an almost frictionless manner. This assists the angler when the elastic is pulled, it also has the benefit of extending the life of the elastic. Attaching the Pullerslot is a simple process thanks to the round shape. Drill a 10mm hole into a reinforced puller zone section. Place the Pullerslot into the hole with the wheel facing towards the top and glue it securely with super glue.

Flatside Soft Pullerbeads

The Flatside Soft Pullerbeads are made from solid elastic-friendly rubber and feature a tapered hole. The bead clamps nicely on the (hollow) elastic, which can be adjusted to change the tension to your preference. The back of the bead is flattened to fit perfectly against the puller slot without protruding. The soft material prevents the bead from rattling against the pole.

Insert Elastic Protectors

The P.T.F.E Insert Elastic Protectors avoid any damage to an elastic during transport in a 2-part (puller) kit. Where the elastic is normally folded over 2 thin carbon walls, it now runs over elastic-friendly and rounded P.T.F.E. material. The two raised sides prevent the elastic from coming into contact with the bottom of a holdall or pole tube. In addition, the Insert protector prevents friction with the inside of the rod, making the elastic function significantly better.

P.T.F.E Internal Bushes

This series of bushes is made of high-quality and uncoloured P.T.F.E. material, ensuring all types and diameters of elastic run equally with minimum resistance through the top section. These Internals should be mounted in the top section. Available in 8 sizes, from which the 4 smaller fit the 4 larger exactly. Thanks to the bore reduction system, it is possible to make a top section opening smaller so it can be used for thinner elastic diameters. For competition anglers who like to have their top sections at the exact same lengths, this system is perfect.

Soft Cap Hollow Connectors

The Softcap Hollow Connectors form a compact and highly reliable connection between the rig and pole elastic. The hard insert section has a notch on the front for fixing the main line. The back has a round opening for mounting the elastic.

The soft cap features sufficient space for the knot and has ridges on the outside for additional grip. To lock the connector, slide the cap over the notch against the head of the insert. The rubber cap prevents damaging the elastic and reduces the noise when hitting the pole while the flat underside sits flat against the tip.

Diamond Elastic Threader

The Cresta Diamond Eye Treader helps you elasticate your topkit, allowing any diameter and Elastic type to be fixed in the eye to pull it through the sections.
